Our supplements are designed with high-quality ingredients, expert-backed formulas, and a focus on holistic health. We prioritize transparency, effectiveness, and safety — every product is developed to support your wellness goals without unnecessary fillers or fluff.

All of our products are manufactured in facilities that follow strict quality control procedures, including GMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. While our supplements are formulated with care and tested for safety, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.

Nope! Our products are over-the-counter dietary supplements and do not require a prescription. However, we do encourage you to speak with a healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement regimen.

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the near future.

Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: During holidays or peak sales, processing and shipping may take a little longer.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to view your shipment status in real time. If you don’t receive tracking info within a couple of days, please check your spam folder or contact us for help.

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate updates. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

We’re so sorry if that happens — and we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Some of our products meet these requirements, but not all. Each product page includes a full list of ingredients and labels like “Vegan” or “Gluten-Free” when applicable. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, always check the label or reach out before ordering.

Keep supplements in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Avoid storing them in bathrooms or places with high humidity.

Many of our products are designed to be stacked together for a more complete wellness routine. However, always check with your healthcare provider to avoid interactions or over-supplementing any nutrient.
