- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible:
The item must be in its original packaging
The safety seal must be fully intact
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. - Non-Returnable Items

Clear photos (if damaged/defective)
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your return package. - Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible. - Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
